There is manual pre-shear together with material guiding device, it will cut material head off when the producing task is nearly finished.
Whole roll forming roofing machine line is automatically controlled by PLC system, after adjusted all parameters well in machine line manual mode, we can set the cutting length, cutting quantity and even producing batches on PLC operating screen, the metal roll forming equipment can start to producing automatically. The roll forming line speed can be adjusted on control panel, too, if any accident happen, operator can press down the emergency button, it is safety design for our roll forming control system.
