Features
A standing seam machine is capable of forming, folding, and then joining metal panels into the "seam" profile. That's why it's called a standing seam machine. The normal type Beenew frequently produces is the 65-400/425 Standing Seam Machine. The bottom size of the standing seam profile can be both 400mm and 425mm, but the size must be changed manually. To make the size change more convenient, we designed this auto-changing type standing seam machine. The bottom size can be automatically adjusted from 280mm to 600mm. This makes the production time saving and at the same time with different size of profiles.
Same with the normal standing seaming machine, this can also make both straight and tapered panels. which can meet the needs of different projects.
Details
The whole standing seam forming machine including a decoiler, a main roll forming mill, and product racks. Decoiler can be manual type or hydraulic type for option. The main forming mill consist of material feeding device, several sets of roll forming rollers, size adjusting device, and post cutter.
The machine can be produced into two types: One is portable standing seam machine which is designed for on-site project. Usually the machine is fixed into a container or on a truck which can be driven away to the project site.
Another type is for owners who have certain factory place to do the roll forming manufacturing.
Applications
Standing seam profiles are commonly used for residential and commercial buildings. They are used on both roofing installation and wall cladding. Simple and generous, beautiful and solid. Used in conjunction with arc bending machines and curving machines, it can be used to meet a variety of shapes.
