Details
The whole silo roll forming machine set includes a corrugated panel roll former, punching devices to punch holes at the head, tail and sides of the steel silo plate, and a curving device to make the flat corrugated panel into a curved plate.
Integrated curving equipment:
-Curve right after forming;
-Curving radius is adjustable, roll curving direction is upward;
-Roll curving radius is controlled by servo motor, servo motor 1.0kw;
-Different roll curving radius can be set by setting the touch screen and PLC parameters
The silo is mainly composed of silo panels, silo roofing panels and upright post, so this steel silo roll forming machine must to be used with silo upright post roll forming machine and silo roof forming machine.
