Machine Details
Feeding Table
Position Device: Hand wheel operating, for adjusting steel coil width and make steel coil lay at suitable position.
Leading Roller: It is rolling rollers, they will rotate will steel sheet, keeps metal sheet go inside machine more smoothly.
Manual Pull-shear: It can cut off steel coil at three layer roll forming machine beginning end when it is needed.
Machine Main Section
Three layer roll forming rollers for different roof sheet designs, that why we call this machine as three layer roll forming machine, it is good for saving manufacturing cost and factory layout place. We choose clutch for switching each layer to working state.
Shaft diameter: φ90/75mm, made from 45 # steel, CNC fine lath machining.
Forming Roller Material:45# steel, hard Chrome coated after fine lath and polishing finally.
Motor: 11KW driving motor, Pump Motor: 4KW, chain sprocket transmit.
Post Cutting Device
Normally, the three layer roll forming machine’s each layer has their own cutting blades, the cutting device is guide mechanism design, it ensures cutting frame more stable and non-deformation. And the cutting seat is made by casting iron, it is better shock absorption and strong impact resistance. Cutting blade is made from Cr12MoV, its working life can be more than 1 million times.
Application
Same as other metal sheet making machine designs, the three layer roll forming machine is for producing PPGI roof, galvanized sheet, corrugated sheet and trapezoidal sheet, normally they are used as roof or wall.
