Avior’s extensive experience in demanding application environments provides a significant data-base for high-fidelity modeling. Pre-contract support includes performance model simulations as well as a Technical Exchange Document that details mechanical ICD, design standards and environmental capabilities. Application factors for load inertia, temperature and optional redundant windings are factored into our performance simulation models.
In addition to Avior’s proprietary performance modeling, SolidWorks® models are generated for all assemblies.
Support does not end with delivery of hardware. Avior will support Integration and testing of the actuator assemblies into the customer’s next higher assembly. A User’s Manual of installation and application requirements are provided with all Avior hardware.
