MOS Modeling Tools
We develop software that is used worldwide in semiconductor fabs as well as fabless design houses for generating simulation models for CMOS transistors. It is based on the IC-CAP programme by Keysight Technologies. Our programmes can determine the model parameters of all standardised MOS simulation models, e.g. of a PSP model. Particular emphasis is placed on models that, apart from their excellent quality at DC operating points, also cover transit frequencies in the terahertz range. The MOS Modeling Tools are integrated in IC-CAP and are distributed directly by Keysight Technologies.
We also implement customer-specific solutions in this area for non-standard models or applications.
