Main unit of MPCNT-Professional
This is a mini CNT synthesis system designed for continuously synthesizing long-length powder CNT in a large quantity.
The wide-area heater, continuous catalyst-providing mechanism, and continuous CNT recovery mechanism in the system make it possible to continuously synthesize powder CNT without opening and closing the chamber. Despite its small size, this system is capable of producing high-quality, long-length CNT in large quantities.
This system is very useful for research and development on CNT composites which consume a large amount of CNT. Using this system, customers can conduct research and development using CNT produced by themselves rather than depending on purchased CNT, which tends to be of an inconsistent quality.
This system first drops the proper amount of catalyst (powder) on the heater plate from the catalyst tank located above the heater plate and then grows CNT on the heater plate by injecting acetylene gas and raising the temperature of the heater. Use the shovel to scrape the grown CNT into the CNT tank located below the plate. Repeating this process makes it possible to intermittently or continuously synthesize CNT without opening and closing the chamber.
This system will be customized. We customizes this system to meet the requests of customers regarding the sizes of the chamber and substrates and CNT production capacities.
