Drying technology of natural gas outlet from underground storage
In order to level up the capacity of source-related pipelines and comply with the EU conditions for storage of sufficient quantity of annual regional consumption, the underground storage facilities of natural gas are built up. These storages are usually filled in summer months and sourced from in winter, when there is an increase in consumption of natural gas along with extreme levelling up in requirements for the sources of energy. Natural gas becomes saturated with water and contaminated with mechanic mixtures during being in the underground storage. Once loaded out in view of distribution, the gas must undergo cleaning from the mechanic impurities and drying onto the standardised dew-point.
ATEKO a.s. supplies the engineering designs, projects and glycol-based drying units with continual TEG´s regeneration. These plants are designed upon the individual customer´s options, generally with capacity 100 000 up to 200 000 Nm3/h of dried natural gas.
There are installed the filter - separators of free water and impurities coming from the production wells in front of natural gas during technology. On the customer´s option, the ATEKO a.s. supplies projects and deliveries of autonomous filtration station and/or filtration elements for the separation of solid particles and oil. These equipments are installed after the forcing compressors.
Gas treatment technology
Adsorption drying stations
Deliveries of absorbing drying stations with performance 100 - 2 000 Nm3/h at different preassure levels, which is used to treatment of associated gas in oil production, mine gas etc. In order to regenerating is used system with thermal regeneration (TSA) or preassure recovery (PSA).
Mobile storage of CNG
Mobile trage of CNG is used for securing gas supplies for repairs, etc. We offers delivery of equipment with reduction of output gas to customer's request.
Equipment for treatment of associated gas
Technology is used for adjust the composition and removal of liquids and aerosols from incompressed accompanying gas in oil before it enters the cogeneration unit.
Radon reduction system
Complete technological equipment for radon reducing from ambient air. The process is based on adsorption of radon from compressed and dried air. Radon Reduction System
Air treatment technology
Equipment for drying of pipelines JUV 3600
The equipment of the second development generation is designed for drying the great-and-medium size pipelines after testing with pressurized water. This equipment includes a sophisticated fully automatized operator-free technological line under microprocessor control. This line is installed in the transportable container. Conventional pressurized air is dried in the molecular sieve by PSA method. After adsorbing water vapor, the air expands into the pipeline under
Air adsorption dryers ASV-AR
UA comprehensive series range with performance output from 50 up 3600 Nm3/h is able of drying out the air on the dew-point from -20 up to -60 °C. The adsorption dryers operate on the PSA principle. Two adsorbers with molecular sieve are changed over by the microprocessor control unit.
Air conditioning and treatment unit JUV
This unit ensures the conditioning and treatment of the air coming under pressure from the central pneumatic distribution system or, eventually, from the air receiver of autonomous compressor set. Solid impurities, water liquid contents, oils, oil vapors and odors are removed from compressed air within three stages with the high efficiency. The air treatment process is possible to modify for medical purify, if required in accordance with customer´s option.
