Nano-Ceramic (TiC, TiO2) materials
TiC microcoils TiC nanofibers
TiO2 microcoils TiO2 nanofibers
Nano-ceramic materials such as TiC and TiO2 can be synthesized via nanocarbon materials such as CNT, CNF, or CMC.
When a nanocarbon is doped with a large quantity of Titanium, the nanocarbon template will become Titanium carbide (TiC), almost keeping its shape as well as the original shape. When the TiC nanomaterial is burn with oxygen, TiO2 nanomaterial can be achieved, almost keeping its shape as well as the original shape. When CNT is used as the template, TiC and TiO2 nanofiber can be achieved, and when CMC is used as the template, TiC microcoil and TiO2 microcoil can be achieved.
TiC is known as a conductive ceramic, and TiO2 is known as a catalytic ceramic.
We provide samples of the nano-ceramic for R&D uses. We will also provide the technology or equipment for producing these nano-ceramic materials
